Shipping policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmed orders will be dispatched from our warehouse the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Please beware that before confirming your order, we may need to confirm your payment details.

Please note that it is possible that delays will be incurred in case of payment with credit or debit cards, due to any delayed authorization (or denial) of the payment. In such exceptional cases the goods will be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation.

ORDER DETAILS MODIFICATION

Due to the short time between order processing and dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to modify your order details once an order has been placed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email/SMS containing tracking number to track its progress online.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Warwickshire, UK and will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We process and ship out orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of England public holidays.

CARRIAGE PAID ORDER VALUE

£24 for UK mainland customers.  A £2.99 Carriage charge will be made for all orders below this value. Please contact Laser Tools Racing orders@lasertoolsracing.co.uk for shipping costs outside UK Mainland.
