Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will reimburse you for the amount paid for each product returned.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility & at the cost of the customer.
How to return your order:
- Repackage all the items you wish to return.
- Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include in the package you are returning.
- Send the package to:
REFUNDS
We will notify you when your return has been processed and approved to acknowledge an automatic refund to your original payment method. Should there be any discrepancies on inspection of the return item(s) we will contact you to discuss. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like certain items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it to check the order is correct and fault free.
If any of your items are damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately at: customerservice@lasertoolsracing.co.uk
Please provide as much information as possibly, including:
- Order or invoice number
- Date order received
- For wrong items received: what was received & what should have been received (including part number if possible)
- For faulty/damaged items: details of the fault/damage (sending photo’s will help us!)

RETURN PACKAGING
All products belonging to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. This method allows us to process your return as quickly as possible. Moreover, products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit.
