Laser Tools Racings Flying Scotsman Moffat takes third touring car career win

Laser Tools Racing’s Aiden Moffat scored a breath-taking win in the final Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship race at Silverstone, Northamptonshire, on Sunday as his Mercedes-Benz A-Class fended off the snarling pack. For Aiden it was a major boost after a difficult season and he instantly claimed it as his most satisfying race win, the third of his BTCC career. Moffat unlucky in BTCC battles

Scottish Touring Car race ace Aiden Moffat suffered at the hands of others in a bruising Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship weekend at Rockingham. The Dalkeith race ace went into the weekend in positive mood, with new driver coach Alain Menu working with Aiden. The Swiss racer, a double BTCC champion, was instantly able to help Aiden with input on data and also with a positive mental attitude that paid dividends straight away with a competitive showing in the first practice session.
